The Strategic Alliance of Business Resources for Entrepreneurs (SABRE), which The Hope Mills Area Chamber of Commerce is a contributing member, is holding a unique seminar on FEB 16th from 1PM – 4PM at the Fayetteville Tech CC Tony Rand Center. This seminar will be comprised of a variety of alternative lenders providing small business loan solutions for most any existing or start up small business who have been denied access to capital from area traditional banks.
This FREE SEMINAR is coming to Fayetteville to provide direct lending assistance for the following clients:
- Startup businesses
- Less than 2 years in business
- Less than stellar credit (as low as 550 credit score with some lenders)
- Cash flow ratio is less than bank requirements
- Debt to income is less than bank requirements
- Those seeking Lines of Credit

providing alternative access to capital for those who are in business for
less than two years; insufficient collateral; credit scores below
the bank minimum; higher debt to income ratios; nonstandard
cash flow revenue streams; or are seeking
smaller loan amounts than what lenders may be
interested in originating.
